Facilitating inclusion along the way
I have been actively facilitating Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work since undergraduate studies. I worked for two non-profit gender- and sexual- minority organizations in awareness raising writing and outreach activities.
I participated in Princeton’s Inclusive leadership learning cohort to learn systematically the tactics and attitudes towards creating a safe environment for all people I meet.
